The Chief Executive Officer is Catherine Holland. Ms Holland has the usual array of support executives split into 3 main categories, Operations, Executive services ( which deals with HR, IT, premises etc) and Finance. It covers Birmingham, Coventry and Solihull, Sandwell and Dudley, Staffordshire and Stoke, Walsall and Wolverhampton.
The operations team, headed by Pat Royal is split into 7 key areas:
